Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
1. Return Policy

Eligibility: Products that are unused, unworn, and in original condition are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: The following categories are excluded from the return policy unless received in a defective or damaged condition:

Personalised jewellery

Perfumes and candles

Coins and utensils

Religious idols (God idols)

Third-Party Purchases: If a Zarvi product has been purchased via a third-party channel (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, or a reseller), the return policies of that respective platform shall apply.

Shipping Fees: Any shipping fee charged during the original purchase is non-refundable.
2. Return Process

Customers may initiate returns via the Zarvi website or mobile application, or by contacting our Customer Support team.

Reverse pickups shall be scheduled accordingly. The customer is expected to ensure availability for the pickup and respond to delivery partner communication.

Failure to cooperate (e.g., unavailability or unanswered calls) may result in cancellation of the reverse pickup, and the return process must be re-initiated.

In rare cases where reverse logistics are unavailable for a particular PIN code, the customer may be required to arrange return shipment via India Post or an alternate courier. Zarvi will reimburse return shipping costs up to ₹70. Any amount exceeding ₹70 will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item(s) have been received and verified at our warehouse.

If returned items are missing or incomplete, including missing promotional products (e.g., free gifts, silver coins), Zarvi reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund.
4. Replacements & Exchanges

Subject to the same conditions as returns, customers may opt for product exchange or replacement.

Replacements shall be initiated only after the originally delivered product is picked up or received at our facility.
Special Cases

Missing or Empty Parcels
Claims related to missing products or empty parcels must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide a 360° unboxing video as evidence.
In the absence of sufficient proof or in cases of suspected tampering, Zarvi reserves the right to reject the claim at its sole discretion. -
Right to Refuse Refund or Exchange
Zarvi reserves the exclusive right to inspect returned items and to approve or deny refunds or exchanges based on the condition of the returned product.
