Shipping Terms

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
   All orders placed through Zarvi Jewels are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note, however, that personalised products may require additional processing time. Where an order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the shipment may be bifurcated, with non-personalised items dispatched first.

2. Shipping Charges
   Shipping is provided free of cost on all domestic orders exceeding ₹449. For international shipments, shipping charges shall apply and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is not available for international deliveries or product returns.

3. Tracking Information
   Upon dispatch, tracking details shall be provided to the customer via WhatsApp, email, and SMS, enabling real-time tracking of the consignment.

4. Partial Deliveries
   Orders containing both personalised and non-personalised or Gold jewellery items may be shipped in multiple consignments, depending on availability and processing times.
